Terms of Service

The operating terms for project delivery, third-party tools, platform changes, and contract cancellation.

Last updated: October 2026

01

Service delivery and external dependencies

Appoint Funnels builds and manages lead-generation systems using third-party platforms, including cold email, SMS, inbox, warm-up, and automation tools. Some parts of a project therefore depend on internet connectivity, third-party availability, account approvals, platform limits, and external policy changes.

If internet interruption, a third-party outage, account restriction, technical issue, unusually high workload, or another dependency outside our reasonable control delays the project, the delivery date may be extended. Fees paid for third-party tools are tool costs and are not amounts held by Appoint Funnels for refund.

Because we often handle a high volume of projects at the same time, service delivery may take longer than first estimated. A longer delivery time does not give the client a right to cancel the contract during the agreed contract period.

02

Refund policy

Only the Appoint Funnels service fee can be refunded, and only where a refund has been agreed. Ad budgets, the tool stack, software subscriptions, and any other third-party costs are 0% refundable, because that money is paid to the tool providers and is not kept by Appoint Funnels.

Approved refunds can take up to 1 to 2 months to be processed. This is because costs already spent on the project have to be recovered before a refund can be paid out.

03

Contract and privacy policy agreement

By signing an Appoint Funnels contract, the client also agrees to the Appoint Funnels Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement and may be relied on in support of Appoint Funnels in any dispute or legal action.

04

Platform and warm-up rule changes

Google, cold email providers, SMS providers, inbox platforms, and other tools may change their rules, requirements, limits, warm-up periods, or approval processes at any time. This can affect sending volume, campaign launch dates, deliverability, integrations, and other project milestones.

Where a platform changes its rules or requires additional warm-up time, including where emails cannot yet be sent because a warm-up period has been extended, Appoint Funnels may extend the contract delivery period without cancellation or penalty from the client. We will continue to work within the updated platform requirements and communicate material changes where practical.

Appoint Funnels is not responsible for emails that are not delivered because of warm-up periods or rule changes made by Google or other software providers. In those cases the client must wait for the warm-up period to finish and for deliverability to recover.

05

Contract period and cancellation

The contract cannot be cancelled during the agreed contract period, including where a campaign is delayed, emails or messages are temporarily not sending, a warm-up period is extended, or a third-party tool causes an error. Delays or errors connected to external tools do not automatically create a right to cancel or receive a refund.

If the client requests cancellation before the agreed contract end date, the client remains responsible for all third-party tool costs committed or paid for the project, plus a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the contract value. These amounts cover costs already incurred, reserved capacity, setup work, and the cancellation administration involved in closing the project early.

After one day from the start of the contract, third-party tool costs are non-refundable. Any cancellation request remains subject to the outstanding tool costs and the 30% contract cancellation fee described above.

06

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any access or approvals reasonably required to deliver the project. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may extend the delivery date.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact data and content they provide may be used lawfully for the intended outreach, and for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to their own business and audience.

07

Results and liability

Appoint Funnels commits to building and operating the agreed system to a professional standard, but does not guarantee specific revenue, reply rates, or appointment numbers, since these depend on the market, offer, pricing, and factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appoint Funnels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to Appoint Funnels for the project giving rise to the claim.
